From assessment to capability development
MWJ does not treat the assessment as the end product. The assessment provides a basis for determining what type of development is appropriate.
Depending on the findings and organisational priorities, development may combine advisory programmes — strategic, governance, operational and organisational capability development.
Examples include
- National DVI Strategy Development
- DVI Governance Framework Development
- National DVI Implementation Roadmap Development
- DVI SOP Development Support
- DVI Activation Framework Development
- Family Assistance Framework Development
- National Casualty Bureau Development
- DVI Quality Assurance Framework Development
- DVI Training System Development
- DVI Exercise and Validation Programme Development
These are established capability-development building blocks within the MWJ DVI Programme Library — a Capability Development Catalogue, rather than a course catalogue.
